Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Accounts must be registered and operated solely for personal, non-commercial use. You must not allow any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information required by the Platform. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tp999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify tp999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. tp999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
tp999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time tp999 reasonably deems appropriate, you may be required to submit valid identity documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or withdrawal delay.

Your use of the tp999 Platform is governed by the following terms of use. These conditions apply to all Platform features including sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games, esports betting and any other services made available by tp999.
tp999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You confirm that all funds deposited on the Platform are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. tp999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any stage and to suspend processing of transactions pending such verification.
tp999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion-specific terms.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
While a bonus is active and its wagering requirement is not yet fulfilled, a maximum stake per bet or spin applies — typically PKR 500 to PKR 1,000, as specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding the applicable maximum stake during bonus activity may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all game categories contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The applicable contribution schedule for each game category is published in the promotion-specific terms.
All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance and associated wagering progress that remains incomplete at expiry will be forfeited. Users are advised to check the expiry window before accepting any bonus.
The maximum amount withdrawable from winnings derived from bonus play may be capped (e.g., PKR 5,000 or PKR 25,000). Odds are published by the operator and are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. tp999 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or event.
Live in-play betting is available on selected events. In-play odds update in real time. tp999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event and to void bets placed during periods of technical error or data feed failure.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, technical faults affecting bet acceptance, or confirmed breach of these Terms by the User. Voided bets are returned to the User's account balance as the original stake.
Casino games are powered by certified third-party software providers. RTP information is available on game-specific pages where disclosed by the provider. tp999 accepts no responsibility for software malfunction of third-party game providers beyond stake reimbursement where a malfunction can be confirmed.

The tp999 name, logo and any associated brand marks are the intellectual property of the Platform operator. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
